Bradley Lifting has a long history of supplying below-the-hook lifting equipment to the paper industry. From lifting paper rolls (with and without a central shaft) to handling bails of scrap paper, Bradley Lifting has lifting equipment for high production paper manufacturing facilities.

J-Hook Beams

Bradley Lifting J-Hooks are commonly used for lifting paper rolls that are mounted on an arbor. As all Bradley Lifting equipment is custom designed and manufactured, J-Hooks s can be adapted to fit any existing paper roll arbor. The roll lifter can also be made field adjustable to accommodate different lengths of paper rolls.

Paper Roll Grabs

For paper rolls, Bradley Lifting supplies many variations of Tongs or Telescoping Drive Lifters, depending on the requirements of the application. Paper rolls can be gripped on the outside diameter, the inside diameter or from the ends.

Tongs provide a simple method for handling paper rolls. The lifters can be configured for either automatic or manual latching of the Tong.

A Telescoping Drive Lifter is a good choice for a wide range of paper roll sizes or when there is limited crane headroom. Bradley Linear Drive Roll Lifters can be powered by electric motor, hand crank or chain wheel.
